da 888casino: Nicklas Bendtner has confirmed that he will leave Arsenal this summer reports the Mirror.
da bet7: The 23-year-old was made available at the start of the summer after Arsene Wenger finally ran out of patience with the striker who has been pushed further down the pecking order after the summer signing of Gervinho.
Speaking ahead of Denmark’s friendly against Scotland on Wednesday Bendtner admitted he will leave the Emirates Stadium as he craves regular first team football.
Rumours of a move to Stoke City or Everton have been mooted although the Dane wasn’t giving much away on who he’s been talking to.
He told the Mirror: “I have done my part as well as I can, and it’s up to Arsenal now to sort it out. I can’t do anything more.
“Hopefully it will be sorted soon but, as I said to the Danish press, when I know something, they will.
“I would like to play at a place where you are happy and play every week, that is the most important thing for any football player. Hopefully that will happen soon.” He added
“I can’t say anything about who I have been speaking to. But hopefully it will all get sorted out soon.”
Danish coach Morten Olsen believes a move away from North London and regular playing time will revitalise his career.
“It is good for him if he plays first-team football. You don’t play football for 50 years – you have to enjoy it as long as possible.” He said
“Of course, it is also a money question, but a national player has a lot of ambition and wants to play football.
“Nicklas has been injured for a year, but he can be a good player again.”
Interest in £9 million rated Bendtner is thought to be high with clubs from the Premier League and around Europe interested in his services.
